About All Ways Learning
At All Ways Learning, we believe that learning comes in many ways and that the process of learning never stops, no matter what age you are. We believe in open mindsets to truly develop who we are as people and professionals.
Our Approach
We support young people who are not in school, whether that be through choice of electively home educating or through unmet need in an educational provision and have education otherwise than at school (EOTAS).
We take a personalised approach to education, tailoring our services to meet the unique needs of each student and organisation. We are experienced in SEND, and follow neuroaffirming practices to ensure a suitable connection, we support parents or carers and students to help them succeed, whether they need help with a specific subject or are looking for guidance in their academic journey.
About me
I'm Kim, an experienced learning and development professional, with over 12 years in the industry. I am passionate in many different areas of learning, specialising in apprenticeships, creating and facilitating training courses and providing neurodivergent learning. As a home educating mum, I have lived experience with neurodiversity and SEND and the process of obtaining Education and healthcare plans. With all of this knowledge and experience I want to support others and organisations where professionals and children can succeed in their learning journeys.
